My experiences as an intern throughout my academic journey significantly shaped my decision to pursue Relational Psychoanalysis. This approach allows for a deeper, more engaged connection with those seeking therapy, where I am not just an observer/ Interpreter, but an active co-explorer in their healing process. It fosters a therapeutic alliance where we collaboratively navigate their inner world. In essence, “We Play, Therefore We Are”

I firmly believe that our personalities are deeply shaped by our social context—our families, friends, society, and childhood experiences all play critical roles in who we become. This belief guides my practice as I work with clients to uncover the underlying influences that impact their mental and emotional well-being.
My work is informed by a broad range of disciplines, including history, politics, philosophy, psychoanalysis, and sociology. I bring this multidisciplinary perspective to each session, helping clients connect the dots between their personal experiences and the larger forces at play in their lives.
Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader and a passionate music lover. Football is another of my great interests, and I follow the sport closely. I also have a deep appreciation for cinematography, finding joy in the art of film and visual storytelling.
