We are a small team of psychotherapists trained in relational psychoanalysis and psychosocial approaches. We work with adults and adolescents across a wide range of concerns — from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties, identity questions, trauma, and addiction.
Our practice is informed by research and writing published in international academic volumes. We teach, think, and practice from the same grounded place — the belief that the most meaningful healing happens when people feel genuinely seen.
Therapy here is not about delivering techniques at you. It is a genuine encounter between two people, where trust is built slowly and the space between you and your therapist becomes a place of real exploration.
We also believe the body holds what the mind cannot always name. Our approach attends to the whole person — mind, body, and emotional life.
In our modern world, many people have lost access to one or more of these. Therapy becomes a space to slowly recover them — not as achievements, but as ways of being.
We are not here to fix you. We are here to sit with you, think with you, and help you find your way toward a life that feels more like your own.
